The products that we provide on this web site are obtained from the major branded contact lenses suppliers. In the face of such condition, we hereby declare that the products we supply to our customers are on a 'as is' basis as per the condition we obtain from the contact lens supplier.  

 

We reserve the right to limit the quantities that you order. However, we shall take all the necessary actions to ensure that each product that is advertised in this web is available.

 

This Site only provides payment via Credit Card. When you have made your payment via any of our payment partner(s), the Company will issue a printable Order Statement. No Product will be shipped to you until full payment is received by the Company. If the Company does not receive full payment from you by the payment due date, the Company shall cancel your  transaction. If you still wish to use our Site to purchase a Product, you must apply again on the Site and make a fresh and new purchases.

We will ship your purchase to the shipping address specified by you during the process of you making purchases in the Site. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your failure to provide us with such current information as required.  

 

If you've given us an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, You the buyer will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.

 

We will send out your order within three(3) to five(5) business days after we receive the payment for your order. We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.  

 

If happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However under certain conditions, we may refund to you for the undelivered products. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email.  

 

All Products will be shipped to you in the manufacturer standard of sterile packaging sealed in standard box or hard covered envelop. Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong Product to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange.  The customer can return the goods delivered provided the box is still unopened and goods are in the standard sterile packaging intact. 

A replacement shall be made for Products return within 10 days from the date of receiving the returned Product by us. Shipping and handling charges are strictly non refundable. You shall be responsible for the cost incurred when returning the Product unless it's our mistake for sending wrong Product to you .

 

Any payment made is strictly non refundable except for excess payment or undelivered Product. An additional of RM 10.00 is charged for each refund or a deduction of 4% for credit card transaction. However, please note that shipping charges is NOT included in the refund.
