Domestic (MY) shipment Tracking
All domestic (Malaysia) shipping will be done with PosLaju.

when you are on the tracking page, kindly click PosLaju.
International Express Shipment Tracking
Our express shipping is handled by FedEx or DHL.

After opening the url, just key in the tracking number (air waybill number) that we provided.
International Normal Registered Airmail Shipment Tracking
When we shipped out your items, we will email the tracking number to you. You can also access to the reference number by login to your account and retrieve then from your account order history section.
With that tracking number, follows the guide below:-
STEP 1:
- Visit Pos Malaysia track & trace webpage at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service.asp (click here)
- at the track & trace page, Click on "PosDaftar" link

STEP 2:
- Make sure you select the package from "Malaysia"
- Enter the tracking number provided by us and click on "Track" button.

STEP 3:
The result of the package will be displayed as below image.
The remark "Dispatch to 640005" means through our country International Mail Processing Centre, KLIA, the item has been dispatched from Malaysia to the destination country.
When an items left Malaysia, Post Office Malaysia tracking system DOES NOT trace the parcel’s anymore.
When the items is in transit, you would not be able to see any tracking result as the items is on a plane and not yet reached YOUR COUNTRY.
When the items arrive in YOUR COUNTRY, you may call your local Post Office in YOUR COUNTRY to track the registered mail again.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Kinldy allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking result to show
- Your item is scanned at the hub / KLIA before it leaves Malaysia, however, there are times your package may not be scanned at all at the hub.
- If your items is not scanned, it will says "Your Reference Number does not exist!"
- Please understand that this is beyond our control, we would advise you to track with your country's postal office after 1 to 2 weeks later to track your package. When the item arrive at your country the item should be scanned and logged by your local postal office.
When Items arrived in your country.
After the items arrived in Your Country, you may either call or visit your country post office website for further delivery tracking result.
Please allow 10 to 14 days before you can see results in your local postal system parcel tracking.
